Target Area Massage
This is designed to work specifically with the target area, this is NOT a full body massage. Target area massage is designed to address mobility issues, alleviate pain, and promote recovery from chronic and/or acute injuries in one specific area. May include deep tissue, trigger point, Gua Sha, cupping, pelvic stabilization, and joint capsule release
Theraputic Massage
Designed to address mobility issues, alleviate pain, and promote recovery from chronic and/or acute injuries. Each session has a personalized approach, using targeted techniques to enhance flexibility and reduce discomfort. This session goes beyond just relaxation, requiring your active participation. May include deep tissue, trigger point, Gua Sha, cupping, pelvic stabilization, joint capsule release, myofascial release , heat and/or ice.
Hot Stone Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Foot Reflexology
Technique that applies pressure to specific points on the feet. These points are believed to correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By stimulating these points it improves circulation, promotes relaxation and alleviates a variety of health conditions.
Assisted Stretch
Full body assisted stretch session. For this session it is best to wear gyms clothes, or materials that will stretch your body and not cause friction. Great as addition to any service or as on its own. If added to another service, this will be completed first.
Red Light Therapy
Known to reduce muscle soreness, inflammation, enhance healing, boost circulation and support joint health. Pair with your next session and feel the difference in your recovery, pain relief, and overall, well-being.
